We support our trainees with new opportunities!
From 13th of November onwards, every Sunday and Monday, until further notice
we will exclusively offer our Azubi-Menü. This will be planned,
cooked and implemented only by our trainees in the kitchen!
We are pleased that with this option we are creating a platform
for our trainees and offer them the opportunity
to develop and, of course, to present themselves!
You will soon find the Azubi-Menü here for viewing.
The menu, consisting of 4 courses, includes a starter,
a soup, a choice of 3 main courses (fish, meat, vegetarian) and a dessert.
As before, we will of course also cater for intolerances or allergies on these evenings as far as possible.
