Fine cuisine for connoisseurs: Chef Paul Zinsmeister stands for cuisine that is upscale yet down to earth. He knows how to conjure new, creative culinary highlights from fresh, regional products.

Originally, from the Leitheim area, Paul Zinsmeister began his career in the restaurant “Schwarzwälder” in Augsburg. Among others kitchens, he has cooked in the “Dehner Blumenhotel” and in Kloster Holzen, as well as in the renowned restaurant “Ecke Stuben”, which was awarded 14 points in Gault Millau. In Neuhof, his cooking earned a Bib Gourmand from the Michelin Guide.

Colette Zinsmeister composes wines from around to world to suit your culinary delights. Her specialty is fine wines from unique South African wineries.
