Schloss Leitheim - Cuisine
About the history
The restaurant “Weingärtnerhaus” takes its name from the historic vineyards that lie just below the castle. In 1542 the Leitheim vineyard was surrounded with a solid wall and a magnificent vinedresser’s house was constructed.
In 2014, the historic building was sensitively renovated and the charming, wood-paneled rooms and elegant dining rooms lovingly furnished.
Today, we pamper you with culinary delights at the open fireplace or the beautiful tiled traditional stove. Our distinguished prelate’s room is especially well suited for private parties.
Please note that our opening hours are limited depending on occupancy.
In our restaurant, Paul Zinsmeister and his kitchen team welcome you to enjoy the taste of regional and fresh products.
Fine cuisine for connoisseurs: Chef Paul Zinsmeister stands for cuisine that is upscale yet down to earth
